Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by a teaching professional, Cardio Tennis includes a warm-up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and to burn calories, you must try Cardio Tennis.

ADULT TENNIS PROGRAMME
If you are just starting tennis or have not played since your junior days and would like to get re acquainted with the game we would like to recommend the McGahon Tennis, "SITUATIONS OF PLAY" program.
This 6 week course covers the 5 Situations of Play. Students will be given instruction on basic positioning, tactics and stroke technique when they are in the match situations listed below.
1. Serve.
2. Return.
3. Both Back.
4. I approach or am at the net.
5. My Opponent approaches or is at the net.

League Players Class C-B ( Intermediates )
If you consider yourself advanced Class A only, we would like to recommend the McGahon Tennis, 5 PHASES OF PLAY Program.
This 6 week course will cover the 5 Phases of Play. Students will receive instruction on proper shot sequences/patterns, different amounts of ball controls and court positioning for the following Phases,
- Attack
- Defend
- Counter-Attack
- Force
- Rally

If you are playing regular tennis, or if you are a league player looking to get that Extra edge to take you to the next level we would like to recommend the McGahon Tennis, 5 BALL CONTROLS Program.
This 6 week course will cover the 5 Ball controls.
Students will receive instruction on all strokes, Serve, Return, Forehand, Backhand, Fore Volley, Back Volley and Smash.
With a view to improving the following characteristics of the ball they send to opponent.
- Distance ( Near – Far )
- Direction ( Left – Right )
- Height ( High – Low )
- Speed ( Fast – Slow )
- Spin ( Topspin for Ground-strokes, Backspin for Volleys, Sidespin for Serve)
